First view… from the balcony: Good Morning Belize City! Another day, another port another on our own. With no excursion planned, we decided to just head down to the water for a little swim. Then back to the ship. Nothing too exciting, but very beautiful. Weather perfect!
Such a great day! Though we didn’t book an excursion, we arranged to meet up with my friend Marco’s “go to guy”… Steven Hamilton. With Hurricane Sara entering the scene, we had challenging weather, but we made the best of it. We had a special day!
First stop… Cozumel. Usually, I will hang out on the ship in Cozumel but we had a couple of errands to run. Off we went!
Here she is… Regal Princess. Booked to celebrate Roxanne’s birthday, we never got to board her. Another episode of “Travel Nightmares”, which seem to be increasingly commonplace lately! Click the photo to read about the hoops we jumped through to cruise for the birthday week!
With the heat affecting me, I missed the port of Mazatlán. Instead, it was a restful sea day for me. Roxanne was a trooper and hung out with me. Lori and Jess went ziplining. Laural walked through town. Now check out Cabo San Lucas and at the end… the latest version of “Travel Nightmares”!
Why do I always get so far behind in posting these days??? Too much fun to be had! Figured I better get as much done as possible before I leave on the next cruise (that gives me 3 days!). So, I’ll go back to our day in Puerto Vallarta. Jess and Lori went on a dolphin excursion!
Nonstop shenanigans… that’s the only way to describe what has gone on! Three sea days were full of great food, cocktails, poker machines, shows, trivia and most of all… laughter! Such an awesome group!
After an eventful travel day, we are ready for eleven glorious days of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation! We have anxiously waited for this day to arrive!
